IVVK Advises BMZ Energy on the Sale of One of Serbia’s Largest Solar Power Projects

IVVK Lawyers has successfully advised BMZ Energy on the sale of its shareholding in L.O.I 360 Strategy and Business Development SM 2022 DOO, the project company developing a 180 MW solar power plant in Serbia, one of the largest renewable energy projects in the country to date. The buyer, Fortis, was advised by the Schoenherr Belgrade team.

The transaction represents a landmark deal in Serbia’s energy sector and highlights the growing attractiveness of the Serbian renewables market to international investors. IVVK provided comprehensive legal support throughout the entire transaction process, from its initiation in 2024 through to final closing.

The IVVK team was led by Partner Miloš Vučković who was accompanied by Senior Associate Nada Bakrač.
