Nada is an Associate at IVVK Lawyers, with a primary focus on corporate matters and M&A. She holds a Master of Laws in International Business and is currently in the process of completing her master’s degree at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Belgrade.
She regularly works with clients across and outside of Serbia, including multinational corporations, private investors, and international organizations, providing them with strategic legal advice tailored to complex regulatory environments.
Her experience includes advising on corporate and commercial law, regulatory compliance, cross-border transactions, and dispute resolution. Nada plays a key role in projects involving private investments, joint ventures, and cross-border business operations. She is adept at navigating both Serbian and international legal frameworks, ensuring that the interests of private sector clients are effectively protected and advanced in diverse markets.
