IVVK Lawyers Advise TEMO Power on Acquisition of Jagnjilo Solar Power Plant

TEMO Power d.o.o. has acquired 100% of the shares in local company GANOM d.o.o., which holds the development rights for the Jagnjilo solar power plant near Mladenovac, Serbia. The plant is in the “ready-to-build” phase, with a projected capacity of 10 MW.
