Digitization of the process of obtaining energy permits will begin on 1 November 2022, as determined by the new Rulebook on the exchange of documents and submissions during the implementation of procedures related to energy permits, licenses for energy activities and consent for storage and supply for own needs. It is a process conducted by the Ministry of Mining and Energy and the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia.
Requests will be submitted in electronic form via the eGovernment portal.
Exceptions are foreign legal entities, therefore the documents and submissions submitted by a foreign legal entity are submitted in paper form, by delivery to the office of the competent authority or by registered mail through a postal operator.
