IVVK Lawyers participated in Confindustria HR Forum

IVVK Lawyers took part in today’s HR forum dedicated to the topic of new HR tendencies, organized by Confindustria Serbia and Manpower Group Serbia. A developing project Manpower project: Four working days a week was presented at the forum. It takes into account the relationship between shortening the working week to four working days and the impact of such a decision on business results.

The forum was first greeted by the organizers, and then Aleksandar Plavšin spoke on behalf of Manpower Group Serbia. He spoke about the pilot project launched three months ago within the company. The cross-section of business results will be made after a year of implementation and then the effects that such an approach has on business results, productivity, employer attractiveness and employee satisfaction will be known.

Jovan Babić, Certification Manager in the world’s largest certification body Bureau Veritas, spoke about the standards of social responsibility and certification with examples from experience.
