Nevena is an Associate at IVVK Lawyers, with a strong and developing practice in civil and commercial law. She advises both individual and corporate clients on a wide range of matters, including contractual relationships, liability issues, property rights, and commercial disputes.
In the area of civil law, Nevena has experience handling cases related to obligations, damages, inheritance, and property ownership. She provides legal opinions, prepares court submissions, and supports litigation strategies in disputes involving both private individuals and legal entities.
On the commercial side, Nevena assists companies with legal due diligence, compliance matters, and corporate structuring. She is involved in reviewing and drafting business contracts, terms and conditions, and internal corporate documentation, helping clients operate in accordance with Serbian legislation while minimizing risk.
