Mina is a Junior Associate at IVVK Lawyers, where she supports the firm’s work in civil law, legal research, and contract drafting. She is currently in the process of completing her master’s degree at the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade.
She is actively involved in preparing legal analyses, reviewing case law, and researching legislation to assist senior attorneys in providing accurate, up-to-date advice to clients. Her work includes drafting and reviewing a wide range of legal documents, including service agreements, lease contracts, and settlement proposals. She pays particular attention to clarity, risk mitigation, and compliance with Serbian civil legislation. Mina also assists in managing client communications, helping to clarify legal positions and guide individuals and businesses through contractual processes.
Through her role, Mina has gained hands-on experience with court filings and civil procedures, and she is continuously expanding her legal knowledge through collaboration with senior colleagues and ongoing professional development. Her methodical approach, attention to detail, and strong research capabilities make her a reliable contributor to the firm’s civil law practice and client service.
