Marija is an Associate at IVVK Lawyers, with a strong focus on comparative legal research and cross-border legal analysis. She is currently a PhD Candidate at The Faculty of Law at The University of Belgrade.
Her experience includes conducting legal due diligence, assisting in regulatory compliance matters, and conducting litigation proceedings before the court. She has also conducted in-depth research of foreign legal systems, particularly in the field of Commercial Law, where she has studied and analyzed legal frameworks from jurisdictions such as Germany, Spain, and the United States. Marija’s work supports the firm’s ability to advise international clients and navigate the legal nuances of multi-jurisdictional matters.
In addition to her comparative legal work, Marija actively supports the firm’s broader commercial practice by drafting and reviewing agreements, conducting legal due diligence, and assisting in regulatory compliance matters. Her academic background and multilingual skills allow her to interpret complex foreign legal materials and engage confidently with international legal sources.
