Katarina is a Junior Associate at IVVK Lawyers, where she provides legal support across a range of employment and labor law matters, litigation, and real estate. Her work includes advising both employers and employees on employment contracts, workplace policies, termination procedures, and compliance with Serbian labor regulations. Katarina has assisted in drafting internal rulebooks, preparing legal opinions, and representing clients in employment disputes before courts and relevant administrative bodies.
In addition to her focus on employment law, Katarina is actively involved in litigation and dispute resolution. She prepares procedural filings, supports case strategy development, and participates in all stages of court proceedings, from initial claim drafting to final hearings. Her strong analytical skills and attention to procedural detail contribute to the successful resolution of contentious matters.
